Referral Rocket makes managing and issuing rewards easy. Lets understand how rewards work. How are rewards tracked?
When a referred user completes a qualifying event such as a purchase, their referrer is elgibile for a reward. There are several ways Referral Rocket is made aware when a referred user completes the event. 1. Manually - You manually via the participant detail section mark the qualifying event for a user as complete. When you do that, we mark the referrer as eligible for a reward. 2. Via APIs - You call our API to tell Referral Rocket that a referred user has completed an qualifying event. In this case, we mark the referrer as eligible for a reward. 3. Via Integrations - You connect your campaign to an integration such as Stripe/CashFree/RazorPay/Paypal etc. supported by us and we automatically track payments made by referred users. When they complete a payment, we mark the referrer as eligible for a reward.
Where can I track participants eligible for Rewards?
Referral Rocket will show campaigns that have participants that are eligible for a reward in the Reward section that you can access via the left panel.
For each campaign, view the total rewards due and access the details inside each campaign.
The Reward Due table shows the participants that are eligible for a reward. Simply, select the participants that you have issued a reward via different integration available.

Stripe - You can issue Stripe coupons to your customers
Tremendous - Tremendous is a great platform that allows you to send gift cards (2000 options), visa cards, ACH transfer, Paypal transfer etc to over 100 countries.
Manually - Manually send rewards outside of Referral Rocket but track them in our system.
