To get started with Wise Batch Payments, you'll need to create a free Wise Business account.
Once your rewards are due, you can generate a csv file specifically formatted for Wise Batch Payments. To pay out your participants:
Go to the Rewards Due tab and click Download Wise.
Follow these instructions to upload the csv file to your Wise account and pay out your participants.
Back in Referral Rocket, select the participants who you paid, click on Issue Reward and then "Mark as Issued" button. Since the reward are issued outside of our platform, you need to mark the participants as reward issued.
